If a lead becomes unresponsive or is not a good fit for you, release the lead back to Opcity. Once the lead is released, we will follow-up with the client.
To Release a Lead:
First, log into the Referral Manager. You will then click on the client's name to view their "My Referral" profile.
Next, click on the green "Update Status" bar at the bottom of the page to navigate to the "Update Status" page for that lead.
At the bottom, there will be a blue bar labeled "Release to Opcity." Clicking this will take you to the "Release" screen.
Once on the Release screen:
- Select a reason for releasing the lead.
- If you select "My Release Reason is Not Listed" you will also be required to leave a note describing the reason you will not be assisting the lead.
- Hit the "Release to Opcity" bar at the bottom of the screen to finalize the release of the lead.
Once released, if a lead has not been reassigned to another agent, it will appear under the "Released" tab of your dashboard.
