If a lead becomes unresponsive or is not a good fit for you, you can release the lead back to Opcity, and we will follow-up with the client.
To release the lead, login to the Referral Manager. Navigate to the "Update Status" page for that lead. At the bottom there will be a blue bar that says, "Release to Opcity." Clicking this will take you to the "Release" screen.
Once on the Release screen:
- Select a reason for releasing the lead.
- Provide additional notes and details as to why you are releasing the lead.
- Hit the "Release to Opcity" bar at the bottom of the screen to finalize the release of the lead.
Once released, if a lead has not been reassigned to another agent, it will appear under the "Released" tab of your dashboard.
