You can pause your lead alerts by clicking the "Snooze Lead Alerts" setting in the Referral Manager. The "Settings" page can be accessed by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner on your desktop or the bottom right corner on your Opcity app.
Here, you're able to update the following personal setting:
- Snooze Lead Alerts: Use this feature if you're going to be out of the office, on vacation, or otherwise unavailable to receive new leads. Just like the snooze button on your alarm clock, you can set the amount of time for which you do not want to be sent lead alerts, and your leads will automatically resume at the end of that time period.
Please note that this feature only pauses the lead alerts—nothing else. There is no way to put a hold on active leads that you have already been referred. Those leads will still need to be updated every seven days to ensure your account stays active and your leads are not released back to Opcity for reassignment to other agents.
If you are going to be unavailable for longer than a week, we recommend finding someone who can update your leads for you—maybe another agent, an assistant, or even your broker, since they can access your Referral Manager from their broker portal.
