You can pause your live lead alerts by clicking the "Snooze Lead Alerts" setting in the Lender Portal. The settings page can be accessed by clicking the "Settings" tab at the top of the dashboard.
Here, you're able to update the following personal setting:
- Snooze Live Lead Alerts: Use this feature if you're going to be unavailable to take live transfers. You can set the amount of time for which you do not want to be sent live lead alerts, and when the time expires, your live alerts will automatically resume.
- Set a Daily Schedule for Live Lead Alerts: Use Do-Not-Disturb to turn off live lead alerts based on a daily schedule.
To turn off all leads (live transfers and warm connections), contact your manager to disable lead delivery to you. However, if you are the backup Loan Officer for your company, you may still receive warm connections. Click here for more information on the Backup Loan Officer functionality.
