You can pause your lead alerts by clicking the "Snooze Lead Alerts" setting in the Lender Portal. The settings page can be accessed by clicking the "Settings" tab at the top of the dashboard.
Here, you're able to update the following personal setting:
- Snooze Lead Alerts: Use this feature if you're going to be out of the office, on vacation, or otherwise unavailable to receive new leads. Just like the snooze button on your alarm clock, you can set the amount of time for which you do not want to be sent lead alerts, and your leads will automatically resume at the end of that time period.
