Only managers can reassign leads among loan officers.
If you have manager access, locate the lead that needs to be reassigned on the Manager version of the Lender Portal "Pipeline" page. Click the “Edit” button, and then click “Reassign” under the "Loan Officer" section on the client's information page. You’ll be able to select a new loan officer from the subsequent dropdown. Once you hit "Reassign," that lead will appear in the new officer’s "Pipeline" page.
