If you would like to temporarily take a break from receiving leads, you can pause your lead alerts by using the "Snooze Lead Alerts" setting in the Lender Portal. You can pause your lead alerts for up to one week at a time. Click here for more information on how to pause your lead alerts.
If you would like to pause your account for longer than a week, please contact your manager so that they can disable you within their Lender Portal dashboard. Likewise, if you have left the company that is affiliated with Opcity, your manager can disable you from their Lender Portal dashboard.
If you are a manager and would like to terminate your agreement with Opcity, please contact your account manager.
