On Live Transfers, the Client Success Representative (CSR) will give you the client details and will ask if it is someone with which you would like to work. If the client is looking for a product or program that you don’t offer, you can pass on the lead without penalty.
Please note, even if you "win" a lead, it will not count toward your quota until you confirm that you would like to work with the client during the phone call with the CSR.
