After a home closes with an Opcity lead, Opcity requires documentation from a third party stating the amount of the closed transaction and the commission distributed—we refer to this as closing documentation. Typically, this requirement can be satisfied by the closing statement generated by the title company. If the commission is not listed on the closing statement, please also provide a copy of the commission check.
When working with a lease transaction, a closing document may not be available. In this instance, please provide Opcity with a copy of the commission check and a correlating document that states commission paid to the brokerage (ie: MLS Sheet or Lease).
