Your leads were released because according to our system, it had been at least 20 days since you last updated your leads. In the future, updating your leads every seven days in the Referral Manager will keep your account enabled and leads active.
Please complete the following to restore your account to active:
1. Any leads that were released can be found under the "Released" tab in your Referral Manager. If you are still in contact with any of the clients, click the "Restore to Active" button to restore the lead back to your "Active" tab.
2. Update the status of all restored leads to ensure the "Delinquent" status does not resume.
3. View the Agent Training Webinar. The webinar will help inform you about the Opcity process, lead management, and utilizing your settings. (This is required each time your account status "Delinquent")
4. Contact our Opcity Partner Support by submitting a ticket HERE to let us know that you have completed the steps!
Once we can confirm that you have completed the steps, we will remove your "Delinquent" status and you will resume receiving lead alerts!
