If your account is in a "Delinquent" status, it is likely because, according to our system, it has been at least 20 days since you last updated your active leads.
To restore your account, please complete the following steps:
- Restore any leads that you are still actively working. All leads that were released can be found under the "Released" tab in your Referral Manager. If you are still in contact with any of the clients, click the "Restore to Active" button to restore the lead back to your "Active" tab. Need help logging in? - View the Agent Training Webinar. The webinar will help inform you about the Opcity process, lead management, and utilizing your settings. (This is required each time your account status "Delinquent")
- Submit a Support ticket and confirm that you have completed the steps above. Submit a Support ticket by clicking here.
