Settings that cannot be updated via the Referral Manager and that require you to submit a request include:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Language preferences
If you are changing brokerages, you do not need to reapply to Opcity. Instead, please submit a Support ticket with your new brokerage's name, your new managing broker's name, and your new email address (if applicable).
