There are a few reasons your loan officer may not be receiving leads:
- They may have just been added to your account and still need to be enabled. LO’s can be enabled from the main dashboard page of the Lender Portal. Simply hover over the LO’s name, click “show more,” and finally, select “enable loan officer.”
- The LO has enabled the “Snooze Lead Alerts” or “Do Not Disturb” settings in the “Settings” tab of their Lender Portal.
