If your Loan Officer was just been added to your account, they may still need to be enabled. LO’s can be enabled from the manager's dashboard of the Lender Portal. Simply hover over the LO’s name, click “show more,” and finally, select “enable loan officer.”
If the LO is enabled and not receiving leads, make sure short codes are not being blocked on their phone. If they are, your Loan Officer will likely have to contact their service provider to request texts, including those with hyperlinks, to be allowed from short code 51679.
