Here are some tips to ensure you are receiving texts as quickly as possible:
Use a quality service provider.
Use a data-enabled device.
Avoid older phones.
Avoid 3rd party messaging systems, for example: WhatsApp.
Avoid WiFi. To our knowledge, it has no affect on receiving text messages but it may affect how quickly you can claim the lead since that is completed via the Internet.
If you are not receiving any text alerts, your phone may be blocking our number since we use a short code - 51679.
Sprint customers may be able to white-list messages from our short code by texting the phrase: Allow 51679. However, customers from other wireless carriers will likely need to reach out to their carrier's support group to enable "Premium" or short code messaging, including those with hyperlinks.
