When a lead is assigned to a loan officer, we send a "Lender Introduction Email" from firstname.lastname@example.org. This email follows the industry standard Real Estate Lead Metadata Specification.
Your CRM should be able to receive this email and process the fields. Just submit a post email address to us and we will add it to your account.
If your CRM can only provide a URL, you will need to use 3rd party integration to translate between the two. Other lenders have been successful using Zapier.com's email parser: https://zapier.com/help/how-get-started-zapier-email-parser.

Keep in mind, this is a one-way integration. Please continue to update the status of your leads in Opcity so agents and brokers can see you are working the leads.
