The Request a Lender link in your Referral Manager will introduce the home buyer to your Affinity Partner Lender by way of a Warm Connection.
If you don't have an Affinity Partner Lender, then we will call the home buyer so we can live transfer them to a lender in our network. Feel free to have the client call us at 833-507-7101 to speed things up.
Keep in the mind, the home buyer has to pass our lender screening guidelines in order to be introduced to a network lender or sent to your Affinity Partner. If your Request a Lender Link says "We are unable to refer this client", the client's financing details saved do not pass our guidelines. Please update the client details or Submit a Request so we can review the information.
