Your referral needs to pass our lender screening guidelines in order to be introduced to a network lender. If your Request a Lender Link says "We are unable to refer this client", the client's financing details saved do not pass our guidelines.
For example: we will not introduce land buyers or mobile home buyers to our lenders, or those looking at a property under $60,000.
If there's a mistake or change in the financing information for your referral (cash buyer but is now financing), use the Edit button to update the information.
If the link still says we can not refer the client and you feel it should pass our guidelines, Submit a Request so we can review the details.
